Picture this…

You’re out with friends having a couple of drinks and a well-overdue catch-up. They want to go to Revolución de Cuba to try their new Colours of the Caribbean cocktail specials menu.

You go along for the ride; fully expecting to just order a mojito anyway. “If they were good enough for Ernest Hemingway, they’re good enough for me” you think…

Except your friend’s drink arrives, and it looks like this 👇

“Go on, give it a try. You might even like it…” your friend teases as she leans over the table and lets you take a sip.

Woah… she might be on to something. You’re instantly thinking of sandy white beaches, a warmer climate and cocktails in the sunshine. That’s the Caribbean experience for you.

Each of our cocktails is expertly crafted by our talented team to ensure you fully experience the colours of the tropics, without ever having to leave the UK.

Some of these drinks are made with BACARDÍ Caribbean Spiced and you can read more about that here. For all the others, we’ve chosen only the highest quality spirits to excite your senses.

Discover each of our tropical-inspired cocktails below and who knows, you might even find your new favourite.

Paradise Punch

If you’re in search of a true island flavour profile then look no further.

We’ve combined BACARDÍ Caribbean Spiced with Wray & Nephew White Overproof, and velvet falernum to give you the perfect paradise-inspired drink. It’s finished off with honey, lime juice, orange juice and Angostura Bitters.

A team favourite.

Kingston Colada

Nothing says “tropical” quite like coconut does, so we’ve added BACARDÍ Caribbean Spiced, BACARDÍ Carta Blanca AND Wray & Nephew White Overproof to a delicate mix of coconut cream, pineapple syrup, pineapple juice and Bottega Millesimato fizz.

We dare you to try it and not love it… Spoiler alert, that’s impossible. It’s that delicious.

Miami Iced

The Miami Iced is exactly what you need on a hot summer’s day… or a grey British one (far more likely).

We’ve taken our iconic and well-loved Strawberry Daiquiri, and mixed it with our new Frozen Piña Colada to bring you a taste of the East coast… without the air miles.

Perfect for the taste buds, but even better for the ‘gram.

Tropical Treacle

If you like ‘em sweet, this might be the perfect cocktail for you. A smooth cocktail made with BACARDÍ Añejo Cuatro, passionfruit syrup, apple juice and Angostura Orange Bitters.

We’re not sure if we love the drink or the name more. Either way, you’re guaranteed to want another one.

Coconut Margarita

Don’t let the Patrón Silver scare you. With hints of butterscotch and dark sugar, you might just discover a new way to drink tequila.

We’ve added Malibu, coconut cream, lime juice and Vita Coco Coconut Water… Because like we said above, nothing says tropical more than coconut.

Try this in bar today, we know you’re going to love it.

Spring Sour

For the vodka lovers out there, who still like it sweet (but a little bit sour)… This one is for you.

It’s a refreshing mix of Grey Goose, Teichenné Peach Liqueur and Chambord shaken with lemon juice, grenadine and orgeat syrup. Our most Spring friendly cocktail yet.

French Fizz

If you like your vodka serves a little bit more suave, nothing is smoother than the French. An exotic combination of Grey Goose La Poire, Bottega Millesimato fizz and velvet falernum.

It’s perfectly complimented with lime juice and vanilla syrup. We’ll have one right now, s’il vous plaît.

Tipsy Strawberry Lemonade

This cocktail is incredibly bold and zesty, yet still has a subtle sweetness to bring you a refreshingly balanced tropical cocktail.

Our expert team has combined Bombay Citron Pressé with our iconic frozen Strawberry Daiquiri and lemonade to bring you a simple but satisfying drink.

Coconut Calenita

For the non-drinkers who want to enjoy the slow side of Island life, you’ll want to try our non-alcoholic “Coconut Calenita”.

With Caleño Light & Zesty, coconut cream, lime juice and Vita Coco Coconut Water – you’re guaranteed to not miss a moment of the tropics with this delicious cocktail.

Lemon Drizzle Shot Board

In case you missed it, Bombay Citron Pressé is made with Mediterranean lemons and this board includes four shots combined with vanilla syrup and lemon juice, served with sugar and lemon.

Perfect for sharing with your favourite amigos.

These cocktails are available until 1st May… which isn’t as far away as you might think. Head to your nearest Revolución de Cuba today and enjoy the colours of the Caribbean with us.
