Brought to you by Bacardi and Santa Teresa rums (with some help from us and the bearded guy in red, obviously), these merry specials are fully loaded with mouthwatering flavours, festive cheer, and heaps of our favourite (Christmas party) spirit… Rum!

Sleigh Puller

A reindeer-inspired blend of Bacardi Carta Fuego rum, almond, vanilla, raspberry, lemon and pineapple all shaken with rich amaretto, this seriously sweet mix is guaranteed to have you rockin’ around the Christmas tree in no time at all.
Mince Pie Martini
Leaving out a lil’ treat for Santa this Christmas Eve? Well forget milk, sweets or brandy, and give him the gift of our Mince Pie Martini.
We’ve blended Santa Teresa Gran Reserva rum, apple, sugar, pineapple and spices. And seeing as nothing says Christmas like a mince pie, we’ve given this festive tipple a twist with a generous helping of minced fruit, nuts, sugar and spice. Mince pie IN a cocktail?! You better believe how good this can taste!

We’ve taken Santa Teresa Gran Reserva rum, Aperol and vermouth with caramel liqueur and orange bitters. Then, for even tastier Christmastime flavour, we’ve finished this heady combination with a gorgeous orange and star anise garnish. It’s a superbly seasonal mix that we’d follow anywhere, and after just one sip…
