    Other important stuff you need to know

    Management reserves the right to refuse entry; a booking does not guarantee entry.
    We operate an over 18s policy in our bars, please check your local bar page for more details and ensure you bring your photo ID (passport or driving license).

    Payment

    Payments can be made in venue or for corporates via BACS. BACS payments must be received a minimum of 14 days in advance of your Event date.
    Please note that we now operate cashless venues.

     

    VAT

    Due to the reduced VAT rate period running till the 15th January 2021 on food and soft drinks, we are currently issuing Confirmations of Deposit upon receipt of your deposit. You will be issued a final VAT invoice, including reduced VAT rates where applicable, at the time of Event.

    Feed it back – Free Cocktail – In Bar QR code
      • You will receive an email, as you requested a voucher to be sent to you after providing feedback following a recent visit to Revolucion de Cuba, The voucher will entitle you to 1 free cocktail at the bar you left your feedback at, you cannot use the voucher at another location.  No further vouchers will be sent in relation to this visit. This voucher is only valid in England and Wales. Your email address will not be used for any other purpose unless you subscribed to the venue’s newsletter during the feedback process. Your comments and/or photo uploads given within your feedback, may be used anonymously for the venue’s marketing purposes.     Bottomless Brunch Experience (England and Wales and Northern Ireland)
    • Bottomless Brunch is any single Brunch food item plus unlimited drinks from the selection on the Bottomless Brunch menu.
    • You have 90 minutes from the time of your order being taken to enjoy your Bottomless Brunch.
    • Your drink must be finished before ordering your next from the selection.
    • Last orders are taken 15 minutes before the end of your 90-minute brunch session, no further orders are taken after this time.
    • We reserve the right to restrict alcohol to the person and/or party should we deem it necessary.
    • Refunds are at management’s discretion.
    • Local Government restrictions apply.
    • The whole table must be taking part in the offer; a non-alcoholic alternative to the offer ‘Boozeless Brunch’ is available for those refraining from alcohol
    • ‘Boozeless brunch’ is available for a discounted price. Please contact your local bar to book.
    • ‘Boozeless’ drinks include selected fruit juices, post mix and mocktails, as per the Bottomless Brunch menu.
    • Drink upgrades are available, as stated in the Bottomless Brunch menu, for £7.50 per person.

    Order at Table / Refunds / Cancellation
    • You must be aged 18 years or over to purchase alcohol in the UK. You will be refused service if you are unable to produce appropriate photo identification if requested and no refund will be issued.
    • You must place your order and have a confirmation before the last orders, or you will not receive your items but you will still be charged. By placing your order you are confirming that your order will be processed before the cut off time and that you forfeit the right to a refund if you do not follow this.
    • It is not possible to amend or cancel orders once they are placed. If you have any problem with your order or payment please contact a member of staff for assistance.
    • All products and offers are subject to availability. We may offer alternative products or a refund where appropriate at our discretion.
    • We maintain sole discretion to refuse service to any individual in the pursuit of safety or adhering to local licencing objectives. In the event service is refused offering a refund will be at our discretion.
    • While every effort is made to ensure that accurate pricing and descriptions are maintained, we reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that is based on inaccurate information.

    • Revolución de Cuba does not actually stock this product and it is not available for purchase.
    • For guests who wished to claim their ‘free bottle’, they have been issued with a Revolución de Cuba Gift card.
    • Gift cards are valid for 18 months from the day of purchase.

    How to enter:

    The prize draw will include the lead booker of Revolución de Cuba Premium Bottomless Brunch bookings made for any weekend from 1st February to 29th February 2024. The brunch must be pre-booked as Premium and cannot be upgraded to Premium on the day of the booking.

    The prize

    The prize will include:

    £1,000 TUI holiday voucher for the lead booker of the brunch. Destination to be decided by winner.

    • Revolution Bars Group takes no responsibility for any organisation of travel beyond issuance of the voucher to prize winners.
    • TUI voucher terms and conditions will apply:
      • Holiday vouchers can only be redeemed once and any remaining balance or unused holiday vouchers will not be transferable or refunded.
      • Holiday vouchers can’t be used to cover the deposit only, but can be used to pay the balance, or when paying the holiday in full.

    • The winners will be drawn at random on the dates below and will not be notified until the event of their Premium Bottomless Brunch in the Revoluciòn de Cuba selected during the booking process.

    12 Days of Christmas
    By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions in relation to the ‘Revolución de Cuba 12 Days of Christmas Giveaway 2023’
    The prize draw is being run by Revolution Bars Group (Revolución de Cuba). The prize draw is open to entrants over 18 years of age. In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. A maximum of one entry per individual is permitted. Entries must be submitted via @revdecuba Instagram page or they will not be counted. The prize draw is free to enter. Not in conjunction with Meta, Instagram or Facebook.

Winner will receive a free salsa class at either Revolución de Cuba Leeds, Liverpool, Belfast or Manchester and a pre-booked £50 bar tab to spend. Prize to be organised with the chosen winner by Revolución de Cuba. Bar tab must be spent on the night of the salsa class. Prize must be pre-booked for January and February only.
    • Day 10: Entries must be submitted by 12pm on Monday 11th December. Winners will be chosen at random on Monday 11th December and contacted via the @revdecuba Instagram page. Winner will receive merchandise from Johnnie Walker.

    Daiq Shack Ultimate Fiesta Giveaway – Summer 2022 

    By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions, in relation to the ‘Daiq Shack ultimate fiesta giveaway Summer 2022’  

    1. The prize draw is being run by Revolution Bars Group (Revolucion de Cuba). 
    2. The prize draw is open to entrants of 18 years of age or over (Employees of Revolution Bars Group during the competition period, are excluded from the draw).  
    3. By entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.

    How to enter  

    1. The prize draw will include anyone who has commented on the post during the competition period  (July to 27th July 2022) explaining an event that the entrant would like to use the Daiq Shack experience for. Entrants must also follow the social media account @revdecuba on Instagram, there is also an opportunity to get extra entries by sharing and tagging the @revdecuba account. This needs to be done by 12 noon on 27th July 2022. Entries after that time and date will not be counted and will not be included in the draw

    1a; Hire of the Daiq Shack, including transport to a venue of your choice within mainland UK (excluding NI) arrangements to set up the mobile bar, and running costs for a duration of 2 hours only 

    1b; Up to 3 serves can be chosen from the list of the following: Frozen Strawberry Daiquiri, Frozen Pina Colada, Espresso Martini, Mojito, Paloma, Margarita, Fizz, Zombie, Long Island Iced Tea, we will also offer a soft drink alternative.  Revolution bars Group reserves the right to change the list of included drinks at any time, drinks choices are offered on a complimentary basis and are subject to availability; if products are not available at the time of the event, a suitable alternative will be offered.  

    1c; Either 3 drinks vouchers will be given out to each guest at the event (maximum 100 guests), these vouchers can be used to redeem any drinks over the 2-hour period of fiesta experience 

    1d; Live music – Revolution Bars Group will arrange and book live music that is in keeping with the Cuban Fiesta theme, this will be an acoustic band of up to 2 members –  optional, you can choose not to take this. 

    1e; Two dancers will be booked by Revolution Bars Group, these will be dressed in Cuban fiesta style for 2 hours during the experience – optional, you can choose not to take this 

    1f; Memorabilia includes the 1 ‘Lei’ per guest, up to 100 guests  – optional, you can choose not to take this 

     

    1. The maximum number of guests that can be catered for is 100, should numbers be greater, this can be agreed at an additional cost per person, there is no cash or other compensatory alternative for smaller guest lists  
    2. All event arrangements will be subject to alcohol licensing laws in the UK including but not limited to number of drinks served per person during a certain period. Event arrangements will also be in compliance with the event/site/venue owners of the event space.  
    3. The experience will last 2 hours from the pre-agreed start time.  
    4. The winner will be chosen on the basis of skill, judgement or knowledge – there is a need to fulfil our minimum entry requirements 
    5. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered 
    6. We reserve the right to substitute prize with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so 
    7. The decision of Revolution Bars Group regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it 

    Winner announcement  

    1. The winner will be notified after midday on 27th July 2022 via direct message to the account that entered the comment/followed on social media (Instagram).   
    2. Revolucion de Cuba will attempt to contact the winner by email up to two times. If the winner does not respond to the emails notifying them of their win within 14 days of the second direct message, they will lose their right to the prize, and Revolution Bars Group reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.  

    Receipt of the prize  

    1. Please allow time for arrangements to be made through mutual agreement.  
    2. Revolution Bars Group agrees to organise the Daiq Shack requirements to include set up with your chosen venue (details of event provider will need to be shared with adequate notice), cocktail menu, serving of cocktails, booking live music and dancers, plus ‘memorabilia’. 

     

    Data protection and publicity: 

    1. You consent to any personal information you provide on entering the prize draw to be used by Revolution Bars Group for the purposes of administering the prize draw, and for those purposes as defined within our privacy notice.  
    2. All entrants may apply for first name and location details of the winning participant by contacting us at marketing@revolutionbarsgroup.com  
    3. The winner agrees to the release of their first name and location to any other prize draw participants if requested via Revolution Bars Group.  
    4. An announcement of the winners first name and location will be made via Revolution Bars Group digital platforms.  
    5. All personal information shall be used in accordance with Revolution Bars Group Privacy Notice.  
    6. By redeeming this prize, the winner consents for photography and video based content to be captured at the event and for any images obtained to be used in Marketing materials created by Revolution Bars Group, this includes but is not limited to content created for websites, social media, blogs, email or printed materials. Guests to the event that do not wish to be featured in Marketing materials should make themselves known to the Revolution Bars Group team either before the event or on the day and every effort will be made to exclude guests from publicity materials.  

     

    Limitation of Liability  

    1. Revolution Bars Group does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize, save that Revolution Bars Group does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury as a result of its own negligence.  
    2. Revolution Bars Group reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.  
    3. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. 

     

     

    Day of the Dead with El Jimador Tequila 
                    • Entrants must be 18 years of age or over for any competition run on the Revolución de Cuba social media channels (including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, Twitter). Winners must satisfy the conditions outlined in the competition post, and enter via the mechanics detailed, within the stipulated time frame.
