If you know anything about us, you know we get our kicks from filling every dish full of bold flavours, exotic ingredients and our unique blend of fiery Cuban passion.
And now? Well, we’re taking it to a whole new level, thanks to our fully refreshed Cantina menu.
To give you an idea of just what we mean, here are a few of the new dishes we just know you’re going to LOVE.
We know what you’re thinking, how could we possibly improve upon our totally delicious tacos?
Well, it was pretty hard.
But we’ve taken the soft flour tacos you already know and love, then stuffed ‘em with rich halloumi delicately charred on the outside and deliciously gooey on the inside, before pairing your favourite ever cheese with our perfectly roasted vegetables.
And as if this couldn’t get any better, we’ve balanced the saltiness of the halloumi with a coat of our sweet and spicy chilli jam glaze, to create a meatless wonder of a dish that you’re not going to forget in a hurry!
For a refreshing taste of summer to carry you through these gloomy Autumn months, look no further than our Baked Fish.
With delicately baked hake, spinach, authentic aromatic paella rice topped with asparagus and lemon, this dish should already be top of any seafood lover’s wishlist.
But you know us, it doesn’t just stop there.
We’ve even baked our piece of hake wrapped in a colourful banana leaf – which as well as providing an exotic background perfect for Instagram – helps to retain the fresh flavour and keeps the fish wonderfully moist. YUM!
Pronounced seh-VEE-chay, we’ve given our Cantina menu some much-needed Peruvian pizzazz with the help of this elegant dish.
We’ve cured the fish of the moment, hake, in a zingy fresh lime and coriander marinade before pairing with our own pickled chillies, for a taste sensation which is a guaranteed match made in citrus heaven.
Seriously, even if you’ve never heard of Ceviche before, it’s time to dip your toe into some of the most explosive flavour combos EVER.
Arroz con Padrón
Aromatic paella rice, spinach, hazelnuts, and the headline act of this vegan wonder of a dish, our Padrón peppers.
Originating from the Spanish municipality of Padrón, in Galicia, it’s safe to say that these peppers are the Russian roulette of peppers.
Around 1 in 10 of the small green peppers are hot, while the rest deliver sweet flavours straight to your palette, and the best bit? It’s virtually impossible to tell which one you’ll get until you put them in your mouth!
So if you like it hot, a lil’ bit sweet, and don’t mind a bit of a gamble, roll the dice with our Arroz con Padrón.
